Ada staff yang tidak hadir bekerja pada masa hari bekerja dengan alasan sakit dan dihantar melalui message sahaja (Tak ada mc), apakah gaji dibayar penuh juga? Sudah 2x tidak hadir bekerja dengan alasan Sama, sakit.

One of the employee Whatsapp the colleague and inform that she will be resigning with giving 24 hours notice So boss decided to claim the salary in lieu from the salary. The staff worked for 4 years + Salary is rm 2000 What should I do? Can I email to JTK for claiming the salary in lieu or I have to walk in?

Have doubt here regarding Domestic Inquiry ... By practice, DI is an internal hearing held by employer to ascertain an employee whether any misconduct or not. Would it involve outsider as witness in the hearing? outsider????why and how?? Do you encounter the situation whereby you would need to invite outsider?

各位大大,你们公司有提供宿舍给员工(不是外劳)的吗?如果有,你们有相关文件要员工签的吗?

有点像这是公司提供的宿舍,有什么rule 然后可能也会要包括说宿舍的用途一定要经过公司批准(如果有朋友要借宿之类的)

请问如果员工拿到医生病假,但是老板不批,这个行得通吗?因为这个员工只是背痛而不会影响他工作。

而且这个员工时常请病假。胃痛,眼睛痛也拿。
