Ada staff yang tidak hadir bekerja pada masa hari bekerja dengan alasan sakit dan dihantar melalui message sahaja (Tak ada mc), apakah gaji dibayar penuh juga? Sudah 2x tidak hadir bekerja dengan alasan Sama, sakit.

I ada experience on this issue before.Kalau still under probation, just consider as unpaid leave & issue warning letter.Kalau permanent staff, just deduct the annual leave & issue warning letter.
