How to count resign employee salary?

If an employee resigns and he has a balance of Annual Leave including replacement days. Should I count his salary using 26 days method?

What should do if there was a typo in the contract?

The typo was annual leave from 12 days to 10 days. And right now the staff refuse to agree with reduce the number of Annual Leave from 12 days to 10 days.
