anyone know when registering the program saringan prihatin, after key in the ic number for the boss it shows not register under socso. But boss also compulsory to undergo the test right? Any idea for this?

if a staff poor performance, PIP conducted, 3 warning issued and the end still poor performance, if company give 1 month notice to terminate employee, do company have to pay the termination benefit also?
