just to clarify it if is Work From Home, it shouldn't deduct Annual Leave, right? If they are not working from home, the company can deduct AL / UPL whatever it is agreed?

If we are working from home but one of the staff can't work today and since there is no paid or unpaid leave during this period, we have to let them not work right? It's hard when a lot of staffs is actually managing their family and its not easy during this period.

Currently under company policy, they can utilise the Replacement Leave (RL) within a year after it is earned, and it's in the handbook, so basically we need to ammend the handbook and get the employee's acknowledgement before we can implement this right?
