Can we cancel WSP application for the following month?

Let's say we cancel or withdraw our application, we still need to keep the staff for 6 mths?

After checking with perkeso, employer now can withdraw or cancel certain staff name from wsp. Once we get approval from perkeso, we have to refund back the money to perkeso and we can terminate, retrench the staff. We no need to keep them for 6 mths
