a quick question to you for those who have to handle the salary computation:- Monthly salary computation is 26 days OR follows the total days in the calendar? i need some advice, im working is shoping mall permanent staff, as Sr technician and working on shift. my HR say, when i apply AL on public holiday, they will deduct my AL. when i ask my boss, my boss say technician is skills worker's not same like office staff, when meeting time, i ask my boss how many PH entited company give for technician . my boss say follow on calendar. i ask can management give memo entitled of PH for technician. my boss say we're less than 30 staff cant give memo. when i continues ask about this issue, they say i have attitude problem. and give me pressure. what should I do on this situation. pls advised me.
