Where can refer PCB deduction for expatriate?
Another question here where to apply the income tax number for expatriate? why only for 6 months ?
28% from the salary for 6 months (182 days)

after 6 months they can apply for residents tax, less deduction. but, lhdn will see their passport first to see the days
