Can staff refuse to sign Pms forms for KPI review?

HOD did not go through the reviews and unfair remarks were made. Then HOD resigned n left. New HOD needs the forms signed, employee unhappy.

i just found a case where employer will only contribute to EPF contribution (employer position) upon confirmation. Can i confirm, is this acceptable? Because as far as i know epf is compulsory. Thank you! Another case of company policy is more powerful then labour law. So when u read the case, what was the result?

Hi, if intern period is just 2 months but the student is willing & agreed to stay another 2 months before their new course start. Should I include/mention these additional 2 months in the intern offer letter? Whats to stop them from leaving after they finish their 2 month?

We are transferring an employee from Pulau Indah Warehouse to North North Warehouse, so we are paying a fixed monthly Relocation Allowance of RM300.
