Is Relocation Allowance subject to PCB, EPF, Socso and EIS?
We are transferring an employee from Pulau Indah Warehouse to North North Warehouse, so we are paying a fixed monthly Relocation Allowance of RM300.
As long as it is fixed allowance, I believe it is subjected to statutory deductions.
