Kindly advise I have 1 staff who give resignation letter on 13th March with two weeks notice . But coincidentally that two weeks notice clash with the MCO period . How should I calculate the staff salary ? 1) Do I calculate her as monthly still ? 2) or i deduct that two weeks notice as it clashes with the MCO period Looking for best option

If i pay one month, then do he still have to come to serve the 2 weeks notice ?

I have one question, as we have online task via our company whatsapp group to staff, once in a week with datelines to make them involved even for below Executive level employees. During this online session some staff didnt turn up online without any reason or notice..and it happen several time. Even early we have pre-empt and notice the online task time & date to all. So we decide to deduct their salary for 1day that is today. Isit allowed to deduct salary for such reason and is it will affect our claim for susidy wages? Or anyone can assist on this question pls. Thanks.

Here are the leave ent: Rank&File : <2yrs = 10 days >2yrs <5yrs = 12 days > 5yrs = 16 days Mgt : <2yrs = 14 days >2yrs <5yrs = 16 days >5yrs = 18 days Scenario: Staff A is a rank&file staff who will be promoted to mgt level. In addition, he have served the company more than 2 years but less than 5 years. Questions: How much leave ent does staff A entitled when he been promoted to mgt level? A. 14 days B. 16 days *Really appreciate if you can answer with justification on why you choose the answer.*
