Hi.. Does anyone know if company can deduct any fixed allowances e.g transportation allowance due to this MCO?
Kindly advise I have 1 staff who give resignation letter on 13th March with two weeks notice . But coincidentally that two weeks notice clash with the MCO period . How should I calculate the staff salary ? 1) Do I calculate her as monthly still ? 2) or i deduct that two weeks notice as it clashes with the MCO period Looking for best option
If i pay one month, then do he still have to come to serve the 2 weeks notice ?
