The new staff not a staff？?
Hi everyone, i would like to ask why my boss ask all old staff go to lunch with she, but she no ask the new staff (not me only) want or not. This happens not one time only.. Who can tell me why?

Go and ask yr Boss why treat her/his staff double standard?
Maybe you are Contract Staff??

Why do you care?? Maybe because your boss is more familiar with the old staff, he/she has the right to choose whoever to take lunch with.... no offense but it's none of your business, just focus on your own work
