My company did not close since the start of pandemic last year as it’s a supply chain company to essential sector. However, during EMCO the sector not listed as essential sector & my company shouldn’t be operating. But my boss find many ways to ask us back to work, don’t allow us to WFH all this while. He did covered up one of the colleague that positive to covid. Also, don’t allow staff to update mysejahtera that were close contact with any family members/relative/related, recently another colleague tested positive and he don’t allow us to WFH for quarantine. But all these info was not in written but verbal where we did not have proof if wanted to report. What should I Do?
