If the company bankrupt, do we need to pay back to PERKESO

if let say got company received the Perkeso Wsp for the 1st payment , but now the company still can’t afford to pay the salary for the staff and the company going to shut down should the company pay bk the money to Perkeso ?

Logically yes...the condition stated is not allowed to terminate workers for the next 6 months. So better refund the money to perkeso.
