What should employer do if staff's family member is having fever?
If staff's family member is having fever, do we need to stop that staff from coming to work?
Legally you cannot do so. But for safety reasons, you may ask the employee to work from home or give him/her unrecorded leave for this period. Better to be safe than sorry.
