Can we ask employee under WSP to do Unpaid Leave?
During CMCO, a staff was scanned 37 degree celcius and above when come to office. This staff is under scheme WSP. Can we request employee to take annual leave or unpaid leave?
As for my comp,we agreed that if 37.5 ask employee to go back,we deduct MC quota

For my case, I sent back my worker, because he has coughing and sore throat but there is no fever. My SOP is if have (fever, cough, sore throat, breathing difficulties), all these symptoms is not allowed to enter premises.
