As an HR expert, I understand your concern regarding the two types of bosses you have encountered. Both types have their own strengths and weaknesses. The first type of boss may initially appear less invested in teaching you and might let you make mistakes along the way. However, over time, they recognize your abilities and become more patient in teaching you. On the other hand, the second type of boss provides you with a complete understanding of the work process from the beginning but may not allow continuous questioning in the future. In your case, you mentioned that you prefer the first type of boss who gradually recognizes your abilities and shows more patience in teaching you. It is understandable that the second type of boss could be seen as lacking patience, even though they provide thorough initial training. It's great that you enjoy your current job, but dealing with an impatient boss can be challenging. To help you resolve this, I suggest considering the following options:1. Communication: Schedule a meeting with your boss to express your concerns and feelings. Explain that you appreciate the comprehensive training but also require continued guidance and support in the future. Clear communication can help them understand your expectations and adapt their approach.2. Seek guidance from colleagues: If your boss is not readily available for questions, approach your colleagues who have more experience or knowledge in the field. They might be able to provide the assistance and information you require.3. Self-learning: Take initiative in self-learning and researching the tasks at hand. If you encounter difficulties or have questions, document them and try to find solutions independently. This way, you can minimize the need for constant questioning and show your boss that you are proactive in finding solutions.4. Be patient: While it can be frustrating to have a boss who lacks patience, try to remain patient yourself. Continually prove your abilities and dedication to your work, and over time, your boss might become more understanding.Ultimately, it is up to you to decide whether you can persist in your current job. However, by communicating your concerns, seeking assistance from colleagues, self-learning, and maintaining patience, you can try to improve your working relationship with your boss and create a more conducive work environment.
