The job position listed salary of 3-4k. When I was asked my expected salary I told hr that I was expecting minimum 3k. The hr rejected sayin that i dont have any experience, does that make sense？

Happened to many posting in other job seeking web/apps. No proper admin or support team like jobstreet. Mostly the job seeking apps or web only want business and after collecting money and allowed employer post job, never care what happened next. A company name Get Funded ( not even a real company name) got dame issue also...LOL

experience before...... job title is CUSTOMER SERVICE, with experience salary 5k. When I interview, manager say we only can give u 1200 basic salary (i have 2 years cs experience) other is commission depend on how much u can chase back and the job is dept colecter....

did you have experiences related to the job that you apply? If yes, it make sense. If you doesn't have experiences, it might happen you been reject. Yes, you can apply position with salary of 3k but look again requirement from job description. That's main problem with most of fresh grads apply the job based on salary not as per requirement.
