It depends. Under the Employment Act, employees less than 2 years are entitled to have 8 days leave, employees within 2 to 5 years then 12 days, if more than 5 years, they are entitled 16 days. Annual leave can be pro-rated if an employee has worked less than a full year in that particular calendar year.
