Can i claim back the amount without taking the MC?

Dear All HR,  Good day to all, would like to ask about Medical Claim, may I know can i claim back the amount without taking the MC? I have went see doctor but came back to work afterwards. So may i entitled to do medical claim? Appreciate your reply. Thanks

if taken MC, Company will call and check with the Medical Centre you went..to decide is it claimable withing the Company acceptable reason..

Hi, I think this depends on company policy. Our company allow employee to claim medical fee even though they did not take MC.

better take MC, coz Company perception maybe you are seeking medical for personal health issue, in my side, eg employee skin sensitive / genetic illness which no inccured during the working hours..
