Is there any incentive that don't fall under EPF

Company want to give incentive to staffs but it fall under categories need to pay epf and Socso. Employees hope want to get more without epf and Socso as now situations need more cash. Do you know Any wording that no need to pay for epf and Socso?

Reimbursement is the best, as no matter what kind of allowances or Ang pow even not incurred epf or socso but it will incurred tax if they are tax payer
