What can we act if staff threatened the manager?
What can we do if the staff insists to go for MC when the manager did not approve for Annual Leave. That staff threatened manager that he will be on MC if he doesn't approve the leave.
Get an eye-witness who was there when the employee made the threat, if not a screen grab of the WA, etc communication.
