Can anyone share Human Resources Policy and Procedures? If a staff took Emergency Leave, we should minus from their Annual Leave, is it?

depending he got annual leave for current month. If he still have, then minus his annual leave. IF he didn't have the annual leave balance during that month, he will consider to deduct unpaid leave.

If got balance Annual Leave, yes. But somewhere you must record it as unplanned leave.
