Cannot accept Alaysia government’s medical certificate

Is there any professional who can answer my doubts? Is there any law that says you cannot accept the Malaysian government's medical certificate (MC)? A certain company refuses to accept MCs and only accepts MCs from clinics they cooperate with. However, the amount that can be claimed is only RM30. How should employees without money view this? Please help me clarify my doubts.
