Can I know for the terms and conditions saying that company can not retrench the employees total 6 months, but the employee isn’t include the employee that didn’t receive the subsidy? Or just refer to the employee that receive subsidy and we can not terminate the employee with subsidy?
Company got 10 staff, 2 of them over 4K Salary, 8 of them below 4k. Can we just apply for the 8 staff and for the balance of 2 staff we have to cut their salary, is it possible?
Do we still need to look at the share capital and business income to be categorised as SME for this WSP or just look at the number of employees? A wholly own subsidiary of public listed company with less than 75 employees, can apply?
