My company direct cut pay, no discussion and no letter issue, salary below 2.5k will pay full, above 2.5k is 60%, balance 40% will be decided by the management after MCO. Can I know what shall we do?

Discuss with the employer, if cannot reach mutual understanding, maybe you can go for labour department for further action and you may resign too.
