请教各位,如果公司事前没有reminder,counseling或OTJ 就直接给show cause letter 给犯了违反工作时间问题的员工。该员工是否可以通过这点反咬公司不公平?可以在employment act 哪条文找到这点支持呢?

我想问如果你们在出了show cause letter 后不满意员工给的答案,你们下一步是怎么做? 1)warning letter对吗?

如果一个员工在PH前或后没来上班也没有通知的话,是算Absent,然后公司可以扣PH也是absent吗?labour law应许吗?

请问如果employment contract有著名notice of termination during probation either party只需要给1天通知的话。那如果员工表现不好。公司是不是可以直接付他多一天的薪水然后叫他走呢?
