Healthmetrics can get real time updates when an employee check in to clinics and check out from a clinic and digital MC will be sent to the employer and line manager to reduce fake MC. I also use my dashboard for analysis, so I can look into the pattern of an employee from dashboard and do counselling. Employer will be showing that we are concern about employee's health, if needed, send this person for health screening to see if this person is still fit for employment. It works for me because after counselling, my staff dont take MC anymore.
