Clause on employer can't deduct workers salary
May i know which clause stated employer cannot deduct pay or annual leave?

just to clarify it if is Work From Home, it shouldn't deduct Annual Leave, right? If they are not working from home, the company can deduct AL / UPL whatever it is agreed?

Currently under company policy, they can utilise the Replacement Leave (RL) within a year after it is earned, and it's in the handbook, so basically we need to ammend the handbook and get the employee's acknowledgement before we can implement this right?
