如果突然有位员工跑来和你说,公司discrimination,是不是他是Senior Executive 所以公司只买给他 & spouse 的保险, 没有给她的孩子。HR就回复他说,这是based on position level 。如果是你们,你们会怎样面对这种员工?

是非经理级。没有discrimination. Insurance只 cover employee and spouse
