Do we need letter from MITI to start business operation?
Since now many sectors are allowed to work, do still need/required MITI letter or just inform management no need the MITI letter anymore?

Because all foreign workers don't have an email address.
Needs opinion if staff dont want to reply show caused letter - what is the best/ action to be taken? - proceed with warning or any procedures?
Is it mean that how we can identify the talent of each staff in the company and develop it ? or own talent as an HR staff?
May I know, when we offer a job to a new employee, do we email them the formal letter? or only email, and the formal letter we'll give when they report for duty?
I'm in Tourism Industry. I couldn't find any act on this clause.
