If company did not get WSP, can we deduct employee salary?

I got a question.. If a company is not entitled for Wage subsidy, can the company implement paycut for everyone?

Need to inform JTK if wanted to implement pay cut?

If my company do pay cut. Do wrote have to inform Labour Department? Any reference to follow for the pay cut or just decided by the company upon mutual agreement?

How much subsidy wages have to paid to employees?

If company apply for subsidy wages.. and get the money RM1200 per staff. Did this subsidy RM1200+basic salary?

Dear All, my company falls under essential so we actually WFH and some day present to office during this MCO. And we met the requirements for temperature screening and minimize 50% manpower in workplace. Do we still need to arrange workers for health screening? by Safety Dept or HR dept?

Just to confirm , my company has 40 staff but only 5 staff are below 4k, if I apply for wage subsidy, the non salary cut and retrenchment terms are only applicable for the t staff right ?
