Hi ,I got 1 staff she on maternity leave Start this 01.05.20 until 29.06.20 But during this period bcux of MCO company fixed all staff need to take 1 days annual leave.. Her salary is more than 2k, can we deduct her annual leave follow company policy even she is on maternity leave.?
