Termination rules to a foreign worker

Would like to know if we want to terminate a foreign worker is there any procedure to follow? The foreign worker is married to Malaysian. Is there any difference in termination of their employment?

Termination of a foreign worker is the same as a Malaysian. There must be a valid reason for termination, there after follow company procedure.
