I have work for current job for few months. Since my first week of working, my manager has asked me to worked on every weekend (both whole day). Not just that, even weekday need to ot as well. Especially on monday and tuesday, these two days is the worst. I need to ot till midnight, sometimes 3-4am due to the daily task. No OT claim, low salary basic, no benefit. And even during interview, HR told that no ot, only worked on weekday, 8-5pm. What should I do and what if i have found new job, how should I answer them if they asked why do you leave for last job? It is impossible that I tell them because need work 24/7.
