What should I do if my senior both leave？ I am in Sales dept work as Sales coordinator, my sales exexutive does not like the management of this company cause acc control the company so they leave.
Boss does not trust this dept, he ask acct to take care of this dept. That's the reason they keave. Acct dept has huge power in the company, even DGM need to get permission from financial controller？ Should I resign if I am working in the company like this？
