Hi. Wondering whether my company have the rights to reject my resignation or not (as they might say our company now is peak and busy season, need manpower). But I am not a contract staff.

However, you are required to tender your resignation few weeks prior according to your contract or staff handbook.

Hi, company have no right to reject the resignation of an employee, for whatever reason. :)
