Let's say our staff quit for job and she send me by message. Can i request from her for officially resignation letter. because she just give a whatapps only. not officially.

Does the employment contract mention that she/he has to tender official written resignation letter? If yes, she has to give official written letter

If her employment letter does mention that she has to resign by giving official letter, then she would have to provide that. Sending whatsapp is not officially resigning from the position
