I understand that you are frustrated with your current job and the unethical behavior of your boss. It can be really disheartening when the promises made during the interview process are not fulfilled. It's natural to feel a desire to resign and move on to a better work environment. However, you mentioned that there are circumstances preventing you from quitting at the moment. It's important to prioritize your well-being and career satisfaction, but it's also understandable that sometimes we have to make sacrifices for our family and financial stability. Since I am an HR expert, I would advise you to explore the following options: 1. Communication: Try having an open and honest conversation with your boss about your concerns and dissatisfaction. Sometimes, discussing the issues and finding a resolution can improve the situation. 2. Document everything: Keep a record of all the broken promises, misleading offers, and unethical behavior. This documentation will be helpful if you decide to escalate the matter to higher authorities or seek legal advice in the future. 3. Look for alternative opportunities: Continue searching for other job opportunities that align with your career goals and values. It may take time, but being prepared for a new job can give you a sense of hope and motivation. 4. Seek support: Talk to friends, family, or professionals, such as career counselors or mentors, who can provide valuable advice and guidance during this difficult period. They may have insights or resources that can assist you in finding a way forward. Remember, it's essential to prioritize your well-being and stay determined to find a better work environment. Take the necessary steps when the time is right, and continue to focus on your career goals. Good luck!
