How to work along with anger senior ?

What will you do when your senior alway scold you for doing thing wrongly. I just started to join this department about 1 month plus. The senior already lose patience to teach and can't accept any mistake from me. Every small mistake i make,she will start scolding me. The more she monitor my work the more mistake i made. Is very pressure to work under this environment. Any thing can help about this?
