Not sure why it was yesterday that many of the colleagues cannot get reasons of getting termination without warning. I not sure is it just because we outsource work for client. Hope to get some explaination on what to do next if we want to save our job even in a toxic environment culture. I really want to know what advise I should give them to my favourite colleagues who got terminated. I wond3r am I super sensitive on this. Our client is a Singaporean and he keeps telling us to answer the email, WhatsApp and call and leave the rest to the god. Is weird cause we wanted know if they could rehired them back as our team.
