Hi i am a fresh grad with a degree. I wanted to work at the banking sector but from what i see from website on JS or other jobseeking website, they all say they wanted senior executive with (3 to 5 years) experience. it make me wonder that if i wanted to go banking/ finance sector will i be able to even gain the chance to even applyin those position? (those position i meant is like office job type not those sale type)
