休息时间主办team building算OT吗?

公司半强制性要求所有员工出席周末(休息时间)主办的team building,暗示指如果不参加会影响assessment的分数。但是我理解的是工作时间(ie weekday working hour as stated in letter of appointment)的表现才会影响assessment。有什么办法能杜绝上司的这种行为?
