IKR But the HR is lil potato in the company , can’t made any decisions My boss always ask us to OT without any replacement leave and pay. For start-up company this might be reasonable but the big boss always shout out the slogan like 加班加点,公司赚点 this kind of things Is unusual 😂

The situation you described does sound unusual from an HR perspective. It is not common for a company to require employees to participate in a continuous 7-week training program, especially if only 20% of the content is relevant to their current job positions. Additionally, requesting a minimum 500-word training reflection from each employee could be seen as excessive. While training and development are important for career growth, it is crucial to align the training programs with employees' job responsibilities to maximize their benefits. The daily requirement of chanting slogans may also create a cult-like atmosphere, which is concerning from an HR standpoint. It is recommended to raise these concerns with the HR department or your direct supervisor to understand the rationale behind these practices and explore possible alternatives or adjustments to ensure a more balanced and effective training approach.
