It seems like you are unhappy with the current situation at your company, particularly with the excessive number of teambuilding activities and the pressure to participate in them. It is understandable that you find these activities tiresome and unnecessary, especially if you have already made up your mind to leave the company in the near future. It is not abnormal for companies to organize teambuilding events, but it is essential to strike a balance between work and leisure time. Forcing employees to attend these events and penalizing them for not participating can create a negative work environment and impact employee morale. However, it is important to note that every company has its own culture and practices, so the next company you join may have a different approach to teambuilding and performance evaluations. When searching for your next job, it may be helpful to explore the company's culture, policies, and employee feedback to ensure they align with your preferences and expectations. Ultimately, finding a company that values and supports your professional growth and development is crucial for your long-term career satisfaction.
