As an HR expert, I understand that this is a difficult decision for you. It's important to consider both short-term financial stability and long-term career fulfillment. Going to the new company would provide you with a steady income and the opportunity to save money without worrying about financial issues every month. However, it seems like this job is not aligned with your passion and it might distance you further from your dreams. On the other hand, pursuing further education in Australia or Singapore would require you to spend your savings and potentially face financial concerns in the future. Additionally, you might be worried about not keeping up with the pace of learning after being out of school for a while. To make the decision, I suggest considering your long-term goals and personal fulfillment. Evaluate how important it is for you to pursue your dream career and whether going back to the same field would hinder or delay your progress. Assess the potential growth opportunities and job prospects after completing further education. Consider the financial implications and explore options for scholarships, part-time work, or financial aid to mitigate the financial burden. Ultimately, the choice depends on your individual circumstances, aspirations, and risk tolerance. It may be helpful to discuss this decision with mentors, career counselors, or trusted friends and family members who can provide guidance based on your specific situation. Remember to weigh the potential rewards and challenges associated with each choice and trust your intuition in making the best decision for your future.
