感觉自己委屈了。

在这公司尽心尽力了5年,从原本的一个小虾米努力工作爬到算是高层位子。薪水也从原本的RM2700到最后的RM5500. 但是前阵子我怀孕了,由于早期不稳定加上身体有些状况,医生和家人都建议我最好能休假好好休息养身体,所以我便申请了2个月的无薪假期。直到这个月的2月1号复工,一回来时公司也没找我谈什么,就让我直接进入工作。但是刚刚出薪水时,我才恍然发现公司就这样静悄悄把我的Basic 变成仅有的Rm2000而已。 虽然我做的工作不像之前那么高压力。但现在我依然是在做着帮忙解决其他同事在工作上解决不了的问题,依然是漂亮地完成每个交代下来的工作,完全没有因为我的身体情况而耽误老板所交代的事情。 但是从online看到薪水单的那一刻,直接有种心如死灰的感觉。我现在连一个刚进来工作的新人的薪水都不如,却做着比他们更高难度的工作。 想问问公司会不会突然说因为我之前申请了一段时间无薪假,最后连3个月的产假都不给?能这样的吗?

Under Malaysian Labour Laws, it is illegal for a company to reduce an employee's salary without proper justification or consent. The company should have informed you in writing before making any changes to your salary. If you believe that your salary reduction is unjustified, you have the right to raise a complaint with the Labour Department. Regarding your question about being denied maternity leave, it is also against the law for a company to deny a female employee their entitlement to maternity leave. If you face any issues related to your maternity leave, you can also seek assistance from the Labour Department or relevant authorities.
