觉得老板很难沟通

现在19号了,我payslip都还没做出来给员工.. 我觉得我老板很难沟通,我们公司月头出薪水,月中Allowance,月尾给incentive钱(不固定数字看公司赚到的总营业额才在月尾分incentive) 我们做的payslip一路以来都是,打个比如一月payslip是写1月Basic, 12月的Allowance & Incentive,因为他们不是一次性出的所以payslip才会这样,最好笑的的是老板要我payslip拿Allowance incentive来当算OT而且是是以一月份算的,问题来了如果那个员工在一月份半中间16号进来,酱我在二月payslip怎样算拿一月份Allowance incentive在2月份来算?根本就不make sense的东西,我跟他解释了这样是很不make sense放过来说到我好像不是很明白似的,现在老板都不明白我跟他说的,我做工做了那么多年没试过算薪水算到19号都出不到payslip给人家,现在他的公司payslip我真的不会算,他对labour law方面不是很懂,可是就payroll多多pattern要这样那样的,他好像不知道说就容易,算的那个人很不容易,也不是跟足劳工法令...想怎样就怎样,想不到就叫我想个方案解决,terminated一个员工叫我在Attendance做过手脚,这次我不想再这样做手脚,我真的很怕报应咯 到我没做的话都不懂会不会也在我的aattendance做手脚,我想换公司做目前在这公司是做HR Admin,跟老板理念不一样,真的很难做下去,我只有做不完的东西,改了又改.. 很累
