为什么老板觉得我是问题儿童?一间没有标准的sop F&B品牌。求其他的HR或者老板分享相关意见 Why does my boss think I'm a problem child? A F&B brand with no standard SOPs. Seeking input from other HR or bosses on this matter.

I went for an interview at a well-known F&B establishment, and during the interview, I expressed my desire to understand more about details such as work hours, overtime pay rates, holidays, and employee benefits. However, the interviewer, who was the boss, seemed to think I was asking too many questions and wondered why I had so many concerns. Shouldn't I be entitled to know the relevant terms and conditions? Furthermore, I hadn't even been on the job for three days when the boss presented me with a contract for signing. I requested some time to review it first, but the boss insisted that there wasn't any time to spare and urged me to sign immediately. Did I not have the right to consider the terms? Now, another colleague has joined, and it's been three weeks, but the boss hasn't asked them to sign a contract. I don't understand why. When I inquired about commissions, the boss stated that since I'm an intern, I wouldn't receive any bonuses. However, if I were to leave as an "intern," I would have to compensate the company for one month. Can a company have such double standards? We are earning close to minimum wage, and commissions are our primary source of additional income. But can I continue if there are no commissions during the internship period? Note: This establishment has only been open for one month, but it is a well-known brand

It seems like there are a few issues that you have encountered during your time at the F&B establishment. It is important to establish clear communication and expectations between employers and employees from the beginning to prevent misunderstandings. It is reasonable for a candidate to ask questions about working conditions, compensation, and benefits during the interview process. Employers should be transparent and willing to address these concerns.Regarding the contract, it is common practice to give candidates some time to review the terms and conditions before signing. It is within your rights to have a thorough understanding of the contract before committing to it. The fact that your colleague has not been asked to sign a contract after three weeks raises concerns about inconsistency in the employment process. It is advisable to seek clarification from your employer about this matter and address any double standards that may exist.Regarding commissions, if the company has a policy of providing commissions to employees, it should be applied consistently to all eligible employees. If you are classified as an intern and are not eligible for bonuses or commissions, it is essential to understand this policy beforehand. However, if the company imposes a penalty for leaving during the internship period, it is worth discussing this matter with your employer and seeking clarification on the reasons behind such a provision. In situations like these, it may be helpful to have open and honest conversations with your boss or the HR department to address your concerns. It is important to establish clear communication channels and ensure that all employees are treated fairly and consistently. If these discussions do not lead to a satisfactory resolution, you may want to consider seeking advice from relevant labor authorities or consulting a legal professional to understand your rights and options further.
